This property is located at 50500 McKenzie River Highway just beyond mile post 37 if coming from Eugene, or just beyond the Finn Rock Café if coming from the east – address is on a roadside sign.

The updated two story rustic cabin is located right on the McKenzie River with 225 feet of river frontage. The 1,600 square foot main cabin comes fully furnished.  All you need to bring is your food and beverages. The kitchen and master bath have been updated and the rest of the house has been remodeled using tongue and groove pine paneling.

Both bedrooms are upstairs; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has new twin beds.  There is also a queen size Murphy bed in the large loft. The view from the dining room table overlooks the river and the table can be expanded to seat 10 to 12. 

A new electric furnace has been installed, but there is a wood burning stove in the living room that makes the entire downstairs warm and cozy. Plenty of firewood is available on the side deck. There is air conditioning in the summer. 

TVs are located in both the living room and master bedroom and are connected to cable. There are two DVD/Video Players with over 150 VHS movies.  If you just want to come and relax, pick from the several hundred paper back books available for your enjoyment. If you don’t finish the book, take it home and bring it back on your next visit.  . 

The oversized deck, complete with a new gas barbeque and plenty of furniture for your comfort, runs the length of the house along the river. An extra refrigerator/freezer is on the side deck.

No house telephone or internet access, but cell phone service is available.  Pets welcome.
